What these records mean
An SRN identifies a registered economic operator in the EU medical-device system. It does not by itself prove that every product or model sold by that company is authorised for every market.
Product-specific documentation
Product-specific regulatory claims must match the exact device supplied, including the relevant model, CE marking, Declaration of Conformity, UDI information, labelling and instructions for use where applicable. KIDMOMA does not treat an EUDAMED actor record as a substitute for those product-specific documents.
Market availability
