Shipping & delivery

Orders are prepared for fulfillment after payment is confirmed. Processing normally takes 1–3 business days.

Delivery times depend on the destination and fulfillment route. International deliveries typically take several business days and can take longer during peak periods, customs processing, or carrier delays.

Tracking

When tracking is available, we’ll send it to the email used at checkout.

Address changes

If you entered the wrong address, contact hello@kidmoma.com as soon as possible. We can’t guarantee changes after an order has entered fulfillment.

Where applicable, customers are responsible for import duties, taxes, or customs charges required by their destination country unless checkout states otherwise.
